FieldLogix + Servicetrade users can now utilize the updated Servicetrade map which saves time, improves operations and helps fleet managers GET MORE DONE!

FieldLogix’s Field Resource Management solution integrates into Servicetrade and equips users with several benefits.  With the FieldLogix integration, users improve dispatching by having the ability to: dispatch closest techs to jobs, assign PM’s to available techs and view technician statuses. Taking advantage of the FieldLogix + Servicetrade integration improves dispatching efficiency by giving  managers full visibility of their ServiceTrade appointments and technicians’ locations all on one map.

With the new integration release, users are no longer required to leave the Servicetrade application to view technician locations and can instead view the vehicle locations and appointments all within Servicetrade.  This enhanced integration streamlines operations and requires one less step for dispatchers and managers while planning and overseeing jobs.

The new integration is currently in its beta version and is available for existing ServiceTrade users at no additional cost.
